Laminaria in dry form sold in the Korean stores and in the pharmacy. Is sliced, as in my case, and sometimes not. Soak the cabbage for the night. Wash until clear water. In cabbage a large amount of sand which must be cleaned. If cabbage is not sliced, we cut straws. Fill with water - I bring cabbage to a boil, drained, rinsed. And cook in the marinade until tender cabbage.
