Cheesecakes
When I started to be independent mistress, eliminated from under mom's wing to get married, for me, a huge problem was the preparation of cheesecakes. So often recalled cheese, a little plump, Golden, prepared by grandma... While I was preparing collapsing something slightly resembling cottage cheese pancakes. It was pretty tasty, even tastier was the product that I have cooked using recipes found on the Internet, including on this site, but... it's not that, and grandma's cheesecakes have become my real obsession. Toss in the flour. The dough will be sticky - it should be.

On the table pour a handful of flour (about half Cup) distributed. Flour needs quite a thick layer to cover the working surface. On a layer of flour spread part of the dough (the dough I "by eye" is divided into three parts - just three turns of the pan. For each new batch on the table, you will probably need to pour a little flour).

I try to do as many of the blanks that they again fit into the pan. Such blanks may be frozen.
