Spicy salad
Spring is the season of love, brightness and freshness of relations, tender longing and burning passion. After preparing this salad – sweet and sharp, gently-pungent, aromatic and quite often vitamin and plunge for a moment into the ocean of passions!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Lettuce

  • Pepper green

  • Garnet

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

Chicken fillet wash and dry. RUB both sides with curry powder and fry in a grill pan, just brushing the grate with oil. Cool.

Vegetables cleanse and rinse, dry. To disassemble a pomegranate grains, pineapple peel and cut into cubes. You can take canned pineapple, but I have a pineapple day!

Onion finely chopped along the onions, the pepper also finely cut into rings. Pour the onion and pepper with lemon juice and a little soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

For the filling, mix the heavy cream with soy sauce, mustard powder, fine grind. Gradually add the lemon juice, stirring constantly the mixture until it thickens. Maybe it will take a little more than a teaspoon of the juice - look at the thickness, the sauce should be like liquid sour cream.

Add to the onions coarsely chopped or torn hands salad is iceberg lettuce, but cabbage is also possible. Coarsely chop the chicken fillet, leaving a few slices for decoration. Add the chicken and part of the grains pomegranate in a salad. Season the salad with sauce, garnish with chicken, sprinkle with parsley and pomegranate seeds and serve immediately so the sauce doesn't drip.
