Salad
Delicious salad with cheese, pear and caramelized nuts.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    2 coup

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

1. Prepare salad. Onion cut into half rings, pour boiling water, add vinegar and sugar to taste, leave on for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and onion to cool.

2. Cheese, finely cut into cubes.

3. Spinach (or lettuce) coarsely chop or tear by hand.

4. Pear peel and cut into thin slices.

5. All the prepared ingredients put in a large bowl, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and stir. Put the salad in a salad bowl or bowl and chill in fridge (30 min.). The salad is ready!

6. Prepare the sauce and caramelized nuts. Squeeze the juice (6 tbsp.) with one orange and grate the zest (1 tbsp)

7. Place orange zest, berries and juice in a saucepan, boil until soft berries. Wipe through a sieve and put the mixture on a quiet fire.

8. Add sugar, lemon juice and cook until the caramel will become soft and sticky. You can take a little bit of caramel and drop in cold water forms a soft droplet. Long boil is not necessary.

9. Put roasted peanuts (can be ground) into the caramel, then spread on a well chilled salad.

10. Then pour a thin stream of caramel on top of the salad. Why the salad is refrigerated for a long time, so that the caramel quickly froze and formed droplets of caramel on the salad. Bon appetit!
