Description

The salad
Lay out newly-invented thing... Spontaneously wanted coats.. while I went for herring, had a plan.. and it turned into a salad, such air, even a salad it can not be called.. rather something like a soufflé or mousse... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Beets, carrots boil until tender (I bake in the oven), eggs to boil. Onions finely chop, marinated in a vinegar:water=1:1 for 10 minutes. Herring cut into large pieces (I prefer). I took specifically preserved in oil to use is the "herring oil". But herring grind in a blender. The sour cream a little salt and pepper, whisk mustard and oil from the preserv.
step-1
Eggs, beets, and carrots separately grate on a fine grater.
step-2
Carrots I put not very much, as don't really like cooked, so I have one layer the beets and eggs divided into 2 parts.
step-3
Herring mixed with onions. Take a deep container, vistream it with cling film. Begin to lay out layers. 1-half the beets, it is good mixed with sour cream (divide it into 5 parts equally) then a couple tablespoons of herring with onion 2-egg with the sour cream, again herring with onions 3 carrots with sour cream and curry herring with onions 4 egg with sour cream, herring with onions 5-beets with sour cream.
step-4
Cover with cling film and a couple of hours in the fridge. Then turn over carefully onto a flat dish. And decorate of course, but I don't have time... But even without the decorations it was very tasty, and I know what coat I'm going to do in NY holidays... Bon appetit!!!.
