To connect mousse 300 ml of milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons salt and coffee in a saucepan, put on medium heat, boil. Vary the amount of coffee depending on Your taste - you can always add or reduce the amount. A thin stream pour semolina. Cook the oatmeal while stirring for about 7-8 minutes. Porridge should be thick. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.

For the chocolate layer in the Turk combine 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar, pour 50 ml of milk. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Add 40 grams of butter room temperature, mix well. Then mix 2 chocolate until smooth. Cool slightly the resulting chocolate sauce.
