Description
Gentle cooling in the summer time cake. Also very beautiful in the cut. Was preparing for her husband's birthday. Recipe taken from "Odnoklassn ICA". In the original the author (unfortunately not specified), cake with kiwi, but we sell no green jelly, and not the season of kiwifruit. So I have red grapes. On the website I searched but couldn't find one.

Cooking
Cookies grind finely.
Mix crumbs with butter detachable form vystelit parchment (bottom). Put the dough and well compacted. Remove in the cold.
Cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Grapes cut in half and add to jello.
A bowl or another appropriate form ( to the shape of the cake, but smaller in diameter) vystelit film. Put in a bowl of Jell-o and chill until firm.
Milk heated almost to boiling, dissolve in it the gelatine and strain through a strainer to avoid lumps. Cool.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
On a sand layer spread to the center of the fruit jelly, removing it from the mold over the edges of the film.
To connect the gelatinous cream and milk, stirring with a mixer. Fill etim cream jelly the space around the jelly and top. Clean chill until firm.
Carefully remove the rim, sprinkle with grated chocolate or your choice. ( photo not very good, when I was moving the finished cake on a dish, damaged and some sand based)on taste is not affected.
