Chanterelle mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce
I love this thing... And chanterelles, and garlic, and cream, and green... Well, if it's to try to combine, it turns out very tasty dish! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Greens

Mushrooms wash, peel, cut *OK*

Simmer in butter until liquid evaporated (about 10 minutes), potseluem a bit

Pour the milk and cream add to the flavor of the seasonings and simmer for another 10 minutes or until sauce becomes thick [:-}
