Cooking
The liver is cut into cubes, onion - half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater
Lightly fry onions and carrots in the pan
Add the liver and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes
Then add the peas and simmer another 3 minutes
Serve with pasta, buckwheat or mashed potatoes.
