Braised pork neck in a slow cooker
Delicious and soft meat with vegetables. Simple and easy.


  • Pork neck

    700 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt


Meat washed and cut into medium-sized pieces. In the slow cooker, pour sunflower oil and put it in our meat. Close the lid and cook in the "Quenching" for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.
While the stew prepare the vegetables. Peel the carrot and cut into slices, half a medium onion cut into half rings, pepper middle squares, garlic finely chopped or skip through the masher.
After meat has braised 1 hour we add salt and mix well, lay on top of our vegetables (onion, carrot, pepper and garlic, Bay leaf), again just to prisolit vegetables. Close the lid and again turn on the program "Quenching" for 1 hour. During the sautéing mix.
The passage of time the meat is ready. Will fit any garnish. I did with mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
