Cutlets of crab sticks and canned tuna
Very tasty burgers.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Canned fish

    185 g

  • Green onions

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Crab sticks (frozen) three on a coarse grater or puree them in a blender.

With tuna drain off the excess liquid, mash with a fork.

Finely chop the green onions. Add the egg Salt, pepper and all mix well.

Molded cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Fry patties until Golden brown on both sides.

Serve cutlets with salad. Bon appetit!!!
