Description
In the summer when I don't have oven, cook the pork in broth with prunes. With the onset of autumn I had an oven and had the idea to prepare a spicy paste of the prunes, it to coat a piece of pork and bake. Turned out tasty, tender and fragrant, with a pleasant sense of mixed spices. Help yourself to health!

Cooking
Prunes wash, blend or mince.
Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" (I use less sodium), ground nutmeg, coriander, pepper mix (I took the finished mixture) and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly. The paste is itself so delicious that I want at this stage of cooking to spread it on bread or just eat with a spoon.
Meat (I have two pieces of 600 gr.) wash, Pat dry with paper towel.
Make incisions on the top and sides in the form of mesh of diamonds with sides about 2 cm In the center of the diamonds to stick the cloves Bud. I have 10 PCs in each piece. Be careful with this spice, in order not to spoil the taste. Better less than more.
Lay meat on foil (2 layers) for baking, each piece separately. Coat the meat on all sides with a paste made of prunes.
Tightly wrap the foil on top. Bake on rack in preheated oven. Under the grate put the baking pan in case still meat juice leaks through the foil. First, bake the meat in foil. Then uncover the foil, drain the juice and bake when open on all sides until fully cooked. In my oven I baked it for 1 hour in a sealed foil and for 30 minutes at the top and bottom unfolded.
These are "tanned" pieces turned out. Invite all to the table!
