Cooking
Soft butter, a pinch of salt and sugar RUB with a spoon to combine the ingredients.

Knead the dough. The dough turns smooth, elastic, moderately stiff, not stick to hands. The finished dough put into the refrigerator.
In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese (my village), sugar, egg whites, corn starch, sour cream.
Cottage cheese grind in a blender to a paste, if the mass turns cool, add more sour cream.
From dough to roll out the circle and put into a form, greased with vegetable oil, to form a rim.
Put the cheese mass, flatten.
Top cheese spread berry sauce D arbo, it can be cranberry or lingonberry sauce, evenly spread
The sides of the dough stung on top and smear with sour cream.
Bake in preheated oven at 180* approximately 30-40 minutes.
On the finished top of the pie add a handful of cranberries and mint leaves.
