Friends, I want to offer you a pie with an interesting molding. I already exposed this idea forming in the diaries, but from dough. Today I have the same idea I want to show of puff pastry.
Ingredients

Cooking
Puff pastry is to get it from the freezer and thaw at room temperature.
On a floured table roll out the dough into the reservoir in one direction. A small glass ( in diameter) cut out dough circles.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil. Put the slices on top of each other, in a spiral ( a circle, as if superimposing them )
Make a second layer of slices in the same way as the first, but smaller.
Make 3 layers and all close 4 small layer. Grease the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar ( in the sugar add coconut and mix together).
Put the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes ( watch your oven). Bake until tender and beautiful, rosy color.
This has turned into a pie. My experiment with bread was a success.
