Cooking
The dough is defrosted, roll out thinly and divide into two equal parts.
One part across the surface grease melted butter. 2 tbsp sugar mixed with the cinnamon and sprinkle the dough. Top evenly distribute chopped walnuts (or any other according to your taste).
The second part of the dough brush with beaten egg and put on the first (which we sprinkled with nuts) egg down. Lightly press around the edges and easy to navigate with a rolling pin on the dough.
With a sharp knife, slice the dough into strips.
Twist several times. Spread on oiled cookie sheet, pinch edges to seal each puff. Grease sticks with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar, remained. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown. Fully cooling. Each stick on both sides dipped in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
