Tortillas with olive oil
Easy to make pellet, soft, with crispy edges, sweet flavor and almost sweet and lightly layered structure with oil. Delicious just like that or as a complement to roasts or as a "wrapper" for lettuce, vegetables, cheese, meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

Cheese, butter and egg stir with a fork until smooth. Add salt, baking powder, flour and chopped thyme (or rosemary). Quickly knead the dough, use a spoon or just your hands, it is better to do without the mixer. The dough will be very soft, pliable and absolutely not stick to hands. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll out into thin tortillas here, too, do not overdo it, do not unroll until transparent. Fry on medium heat in a dry, well-heated pan. Flip when the top of the pellets will become bright, and the bottom is browned.
