Immediately say, that the amount of ingredients listed on the large size, on a baking sheet the size of 38х31х1,5 cm (all size). I just cook a lot because we often used to go and visit. I often use this recipe when you need to dispose of soured milk. Earlier for this purpose used to bake pancakes, but the option price I now like better because it tastes better, it takes less time, and it is dietary (i.e. not fried and not greasy).

So, let's start. In a large bowl, mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and coriander. Add sour milk or yogurt and stir well.

In a separate bowl, RUB well eggs, sugar and honey. Added to the mixture and knead well with a spoon, to avoid lumps or just whisk it with a mixer.

Dough consistency is obtained as not very thick sour cream. In the picture, maybe it is hard to read. In the end add to the dough, washed and obrushenii flour, raisins (raisins obtrusive flour to not a donkey for baking on the bottom). Allow dough to stand for 20 minutes.
