Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Fruit

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

Cooking

Roll the dough, cut into squares. Half of the squares to cut out the middle, leaving the edge of 0.5 cm to Impose frames on whole squares. Spread on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees (convection oven 10 minutes). Cool.

Cream: beat egg yolks and sugar. powder, starch until frothy. Milk pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, pour in the yolk mass, stirring constantly. Again put on fire and stirring constantly, cook until thick. Put the cream in the blanks for cakes. Wash fruit and berries. Nectarines cut in half, remove the seeds, cut into thin petals. Put the fruit-berries in cakes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
