Cooking
Slice cabbage in long strips.
Break the egg into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Beat the egg with sour cream and frying an omelet.
While fried omelet, back to the vegetables.
Add to the cabbage and cucumber, 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Mix everything and season with salt.
Scrambled eggs put on a plate and cut into strips.
Next, prepare garlic: 1) Three on a fine grater cheese. 2) Three on a fine grater garlic. 3) Add the mayonnaise and mix everything together with the eggs. READY!
