Warm salad with liver and beets
Very tasty and hearty salad recipe is brought home from work my aunt. It is prepared on weekdays and holidays! Describe almost nothing, so little steps. Useful and, if not mayonnaise, not very nutritious!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

  • Mayonnaise

Beets boiled or wrapped in foil, bake in the oven. I didn't use the whole beet, which is in the photo. Main thing is to follow the approximate proportions of the basic ingredients: beets, liver and rice - 1:1:1

The liver is cut as small as you can, fry a few minutes on a small amount of vegetable oil, then cover with a lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. Cut the beetroot into small cubes. About half a Cup of rice boiled. Parsley finely chop. Combine all in one bowl.

Lightly add salt, pour lemon juice, stir. For me, the cooking process is finished! For men (including for my, who likes "juicy", Yes fatter and better fed) dressed with mayonnaise and serve, garnished with parsley. Sometimes, when dinner did not have anywhere to go, add in a salad a couple of cloves crushed garlic - perfectly sets off the taste. Pleasant appetite!
