Delicate pie with pea stuffing
Pie needs to assess the true fans of the peas. Delicate pastry, a generous layer of delicious pea puree, a little cheese and sesame seeds on top. Pie is very tasty and very tender!!! Long does not get stale, good with soup, with broth and as an independent snack. Help yourself!

First you need to prepare pea puree. Pea pre washed and soaked for 5 hours, I leave for the night. Then the peas boil until cooked in a small (minimum) amount of water, add salt to taste. Separately in a little oil (I used olive) oil to fry chopped garlic, carrots and onions at the end add dry herbs; when the peas are ready, add to it the vegetables and pushing all together in a blender until smooth. 3 cups of flour to sift, in warm milk dissolve the sugar, a pinch of salt, add the yeast, egg, slightly shaken.

The resulting mixture is added to flour, there also add the melted or very soft butter. Knead the dough, if necessary, add more flour until the dough no longer stick to the hands, do not make the dough very steep, it should be light and soft.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place 1-1.5 hours.
