Cooking

step-0
For the dough: in a bowl, preferably non-metallic, pour warm water and stir into it the yeast and sugar.
step-1
Add 90 g of flour and semolina and stir. Cover with a towel. Leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
step-2
Our dough came.
step-3
Egg boil in the boiling water for 2 minutes to only protein a little she managed to catch.
step-4
In the dough pour the sifted flour and semolina. Add salt, and egg.
step-5
Knead the dough, it should be soft and flexible (I added more flour because the dough was very sticky, about 6 tbsp). Put in a bowl, wipe with vegetable oil, cover with towel and let it rise for about 50-60 minutes.
step-6
Here, our dough came, it should increase in 2 times.
step-7
Lay out on a surface sprinkled with flour, and carefully press down. Cut a small piece of dough - it will be our head of boa, eyebrows and spots coloring.
step-8
Now make a tail. Remaining dough roll out into a long strap. I had it roughly about a meter.
step-9
Put the dough tightly to each other, wrapping from the middle of the circle. I did it in a split form with a diameter of 24 cm, but you can on an ordinary baking sheet.
step-10
Do the head (not from the piece). Form a triangle and place it at the beginning of our body of a boa constrictor.
step-11
Now formed eyebrows and nostrils. I eyes made from hazelnuts.
step-12
Coloring now... Roll with your hands into small balls, slightly flattened them placed around the tail of a boa constrictor. Put on the delay, about 30 minutes.
step-13
10 minutes before the end of proofing, preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Our boa coat with egg and bake for 25-30 minutes. PS you Can also use this form for a pie, just roll out the dough into a long rectangle, put the filling and fold loaf...
