Soup with meatballs
Nice flavorful slightly spicy tomato soup with meatballs. Home fast only me that has to cook for other various delicious :-)

All our products are used for soup. So... well, the meatballs remained with me from last time and stored in the freezer, but as they did all the same tell. Pork and beef half-and-half (50 /50 ) grind in a meat grinder along with 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, add the boiled rice (just 3 tbsp per 500 gr. meat).

From the resulting mass sculpt balls of medium size, when cooked, they tend to increase in size and sometimes decrease, I guess it depends on the type of meat. I love mediocre. Well... in boiling water, put the potatoes on to cook.

At this time, finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic, pepper cut into stripes (of course, clearing it from the seeds and tail), all these vegetables are put on a heated pan with vegetable oil, a little simmer, add our meatballs (I had frozen, so I took a chance and put them in the pan) meatballs if you have the soft, it is better to add them directly into the pot of boiling potatoes, they will disintegrate.

In General, I made meatballs, added some spices (a little pepper, little pepper), tomato paste, more salt, added some water, covered with lid and left for 10 min.

Then, it's all good, I mean meatballs with vegetables, put in a saucepan, mix and leave to cook for another 10 min.
