No time for a solid culinary delights? Cook appetizer with canned fish and buckwheat. Common buckwheat in combination with fish canned food are surprisingly delicious, juicy and very tasty.

Cooking
In boiling salted water, put the sachet with buckwheat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Take a culinary square form, put it in the middle of plates, where you will be served a snack and the first layer spread the buckwheat. With canned fish to drain the fluid, but not pour it, as usual, and pour into a bowl, as the liquid will serve as a basis for filling snacks. Add to liquid pepper to taste. The dressing is ready!
