Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Grapes

    300 g

The apples and pears, remove the core, cut them into slices thickness of 0.5 cm, folded into a saucepan, pour boiling water, bring to boil and remove from heat. Drain the broth, but do not empty, it is still useful to us.

Lemon and orange slice with peel, quarter/semi/ or rings, remove seeds. Cover with water, bring to boil, remove from heat. A decoction to drain and leave for syrup.

To prepare the syrup. In a saucepan, add sugar, add 1 Cup Apple-pear broth and 1 Cup of lemon-orange. Cook the syrup until tender, it should be transparent.

In the finished syrup add the apples, pears, orange, lemon and grapes. In my experience, what the grapes even if you take the pitted, it is still best to cut into halves so it is better to be fed with syrup, and cooking will take less time. If grapes with seeds, they must be removed.

Add in jam cut into halves plums (remove pits, of course).
