Description
These bagels are prepared very easily and quickly, are tasty and fragrant, for lovers of the combination of orange+chocolate.
Cooking
The softened margarine, lightly beat with sugar and vanilla, add zest, sour cream and soda, mix well, adding the sifted flour, knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Chocolate break into narrow slices. The dough is divided into 3 parts, roll out circles with a thickness of not more than 0.5 cm, cut into circles on the triangle to the sector. Put on the wide end a small piece of chocolate, wrap rolls (easier to not put the cube as a whole and to divide it in half and put two stripes, so the bagels will be prettier)
Baking tray lay a paper greased with butter, put the bagels on a small distance from each other. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, still hot sprinkle liberally with icing sugar.
