I propose to Your picnic cook here's a hearty, festive and healthy salad. It is useful in its ingredients and especially thanks to the sprouted grains of wheat, which will greatly help your digestion, because a picnic, as you know, it's hard to resist the temptation to eat extra.

Prepare the necessary products. The salad is pre-washed, to dry out. Quail eggs boil hard boiled, clean.
