My pizza
The secret to a juicy pizza. A lot of pizza recipes, in principle, all the same, but I do a little differently, it turns out pizza with a cheese crust and under crust very juicy filling. Lived, my friends are blackmailing me now, and will come, if your pizza to bake. In total I made out of it.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.2 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Cucumber

  • Spices

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

Take a Cup of yogurt, throw it on the tip of a teaspoon of soda and a little bit of salt. Sift flour, knead the dough a little softer than the dumplings. The amount of flour written about, as it always pour "by eye". Let the dough rest for about 20-30 minutes.

All that is in the fridge (I cooked sausage and smoked) cut, add onion half-rings, salted or pickled cucumbers cut into cubes, mushrooms (I only have mushroom spawn of mushrooms), olives, if there is, the Bulgarian pepper, mix everything together. I add a salad for the pizza. Sprinkle the table with flour and thinly roll out the dough about 0.5 cm, on sheet form, ideally, if slightly wider than the sheet because in the oven the dough sits, like new jeans... Grease the sheet with oil, spread a layer of dough and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. The dough should crust take how to dry out a bit. This step I forgot to take a picture (I confess).

Take the dough out of the oven, grease it well with ketchup. I have the batter hooked and something weird happened...

Spread the filling on the dough with the ketchup.

Fall asleep cheese and cheese spread mayonnaise, Yes mayonnaise on the cheese, then it will be crackling!!! Put into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out, allow to cool... I have it slightly turns, patience is not enough. Cut into pieces and serve!
