Vienna Apple pie
For me "Apple pie" and "temptation" – the words are synonyms... probably is from eve... for Those who, like me, believes that Apple pies are all different, and each good in their own way, offer to try. Maybe he will have and to your table.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

    10 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Butter or margarine whisk, gradually adding to it the egg, sugar, vanilla and half the norm of flour. Will beat into a soft mousse for a bit.

The remaining flour will mix with starch and baking powder and mesuem in the first mixture.

Knead the dough and send it off about forty minutes in the refrigerator.

Then 2/3 of the dough roll out, put in a baking dish with a parchment, to shape the edges-the edges, prick with a fork in several places.

Clean the apples from the skin, cut in half, remove the core.

The recess in each half to fill with jam.

Put the filled apples cut down on the dough, sprinkle with sugar.

The remaining 1/3 of dough roll out into a thin layer sized baking dish, put on top of apples, pressing so that you can see the shape of apples. Edge like to clip the top a few times prick with a fork and put for thirty minutes in oven preheated to 160°.

The cake is ready. Optionally, you can sprinkle it with icing sugar.
