This earthly Paradise in the South of France is famous for lavender fields and olive groves, vineyards and orchards, and a unique oasis of nature. The mixture of flavors of honey, almonds, pines, olives, the horse herds and delicious dishes that best emphasizes the leisurely style of life. By the way, wonderful cuisine of southern France is a terrible ordeal for those who are accustomed to diet. And those who ignore them, I recommend to taste the ham, cheese from goat's milk, lush green and traditional Provencal bread "bomb". We are talking about a yeast bread with olive oil, mostly with olives, bacon, or even dried tomatoes. There are many variations, with all the herbs of Provence (rosemary, thyme ...), garlic, or anchovy. Fougasse was traditionally used to estimate the temperature of the furnace. The time required to bake the bread, gives a General idea of the oven temperature and whether the rest of the bread to be loaded. For the contest "One day in France"
