Description

Bread for tea with pineapple
This bread recipe also from the book on baking bread. This bread is more suitable to tea, coffee, it delicious toast it. I have also altered, but in the end result in the original recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Orange juice

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Put in the bucket all products except pineapples. I put the mode: a special bread, because it has an audible alarm which I threw pineapples. Crust any size to approximately 500 g.

at the signal to throw the bread machine pineapple (previously from the drain), and here we look for bun, and if necessary, add flour. The photo shows, the bun was thinner and I cut the flour.

At the signal, take out the bread, allow to cool and eat.

Here is the bread cut. So, my conclusions: pineapples can be put at once and put on the basic bread.
