Pie with apples and almonds
I usually do a choose recipes, like magazines to look through. And here it was necessary urgently to prepare tea something delicious, opened the first magazine and made a little photogenic, but very tasty pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    70 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

The flour and sugar powder sift, add chopped pieces of butter, 1 egg and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap, put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Then roll out the dough in the form greased with butter, put the dough to form a rim. Bake for 15 minutes, then the form is removed from the oven.

For the filling: apples to clean (just now found it, I forgot, that is...), remove core, cut in half. Each half notching not to the end into thin slices.

Beat eggs with cream, sugar, add cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Almonds chopped. Half of almond mix with egg filling.

Apples lay on the dough-side down.

Pour egg mixture, sprinkle with remaining raisins and almonds. Bake for 45 minutes (at 180 grams).
