Cooking
mix cottage cheese with sugar, salt, eggs
add the flour and baking powder, knead the dough, that would be behind the hands.
apples to grate on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice, add the nuts, cinnamon , cloves, mix well.
divide the dough into 12 parts. To make patties, and bake on medium heat in vegetable oil.
cakes are baked very quickly.
