Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    400 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Crab sticks cover with cold water, put on low heat. As soon as the sticks will thaw, and the water will be hot – remove from the heat. The hot water is drained, fill with cold and leave to cool.

Prepare the filling: carrots to grate on a coarse grater, fry in butter, season with salt and a good squeeze of fat. Finely chop the onion, saute in butter.
