Description
Very tasty sandwich dessert hails from Canada. The cooking process is fairly simple, though requires time. But the taste of the cooled cakes "nanaimo" (city in Canada) certainly was worth it. As this dessert can be easily frozen, it can be prepared in advance. Even more than these wedges are cooler, the better.

Cooking
First prepare the base: 100 g butter in a saucepan, melt. Add sugar and cocoa and stir until smooth.
Stir in the egg and vanilla and remove from heat.
Add wafer crumbs (I replaced my remaining crushed chocolate Graham crackers and did not regret it), coconut, nuts and knead well.
Put the resulting mass into a greased plums. butter a square shape and compress. Form should not be wide. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Now prepare the cream layer. For this purpose 70 g softened butter beat with a mixer until creamy. Add the powder to prepare vanilla pudding and milk. Continuing to whisk, gradually add the powdered sugar.
Pour the mixture over the base and send in the refrigerator until the layer thickens.
Now we have to prepare the chocolate topping. The chocolate chips and remaining oil in a saucepan, melt and slightly cool.
Pour the chocolate layer in the third form and put in the fridge, but only until, until the chocolate starts to harden.
Then make a knife "markup", that is, anticipated future cuts (until the chocolate is completely frozen, it is possible to correct all the irregularities). Before the top layer hardens to cut the dessert into pieces. This is done with a hot knife, which should wipe clean after each cut. My photos will not be leveled: I have the wedges turned out not very smooth, everything was done in a hurry and "on trial". For that, please forgive me...
