Description

Beet cream soup with feta
Great, easy and delicious soup. Good in both warm and cold. If you pre-boil the beets, then cooking enough for 5 minutes, so all for the recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Parsley

Cooking

Beets boil or bake until tender. I baked it for about an hour. Cut it in slices. Slices from one beet to defer for submission.

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Cream bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add the beets, onion and salted soy sauce Kikoman. Blend it with a blender. Salt is NOT Necessary!!!

Feta cheese cut into cubes.

Pour into soup plates or bowls, add pieces of pending beets and feta. Sprinkle with parsley.
