Rolls with banana and coconut
These rolls are incredibly delicious! Having tasted them once, You will want to eat them more than once!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    5 Tbsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Puff pastry

    200 g

We begin our process by preparing the toppings for this mix coconut with hazelnut cream.

I have here a cream, you can take the "Nutella", or any other cream.

Peel the bananas, cut lengthwise and cut into slices.

Ready puff pastry roll out into rectangles. In the center of each rectangle, spread the coconut filling,

and on top distribute the banana slices. Grease the edges of the rectangle with egg white.

Collapsible rolls, pressing the edges firmly. Rolls lubricated yolk and sprinkle with coconut.

Vystelim a baking tray with baking paper, grease it with margarine and spread it on the rolls. Bake them at a temperature of 200 gr. 15 minutes.
