Cake with sunflower seeds and peaches
Sunflower seeds in caramel, and even peaches! Try as this cake rises appetite.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Peach

    250 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    60 g

  • Butter

    60 g

Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add the sugar, cinnamon, and poppy seeds. Beat egg with milk, add the dissolved and cooled margarine, mix everything carefully and pour into the flour mass. All stir again. Form grease with oil, sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in the form for baking cakes. Flatten. (The dough is thick and in order for it to lay an even layer, I flattened it with wet hands). From peaches to drain the liquid, chop peaches into small thin slices. Slices to lay out on the dough along the edge of the pie.

In a saucepan heat the sugar, honey, cream, butter and sunflower seeds. Weight slightly to boil, until the sugar is dissolved. The hot mass to distribute in the middle of the cake. Bake at temperature 180 degrees.
