  • Brew

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

Put the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order specified in the instructions. Dry brew pre-pour boiling water and let stand about 5 minutes. Put it in the bread machine pan in the water.(If you have malt, you put it in comparable amounts). Set the mode for rye bread.
