Cooking

step-0
The original recipe asked to use the steak of foie Gras. But we have such a delicacy you will not find, so I replaced them with chicken liver. I think with the liver of any bird will be very tasty. Prepare our products. The leeks and cut the white part into cylinders with a length of 3 cm Liver wash and clean from the films (I pre-soaked several hours in cold water).
step-1
Fry the onion in several teaspoons of oil until Golden brown, pour in the wine.
step-2
Add to the pan with onion orange marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper and ovarium to the consistency of the sauce of medium thickness. Cover and store the sauce and onion before serving warm.
step-3
Liver fry with salt and pepper on high heat, 5-6 minutes.
step-4
On warm plates arrange the leeks in orange sauce, next fried liver. Alternatively, the leeks slice them thinner and the liver to put out directly in the sauce is also very tasty!
