Description
These sandwiches made for us my mother in the distant 90-ies, when there was no money, and wanted very tasty. Now and delicacies in abundance, and the opportunity to try them there, but the sandwiches are still my favorite - with the taste of childhood, the aroma of family warmth and coziness. Thank you Alsou (scullion alsunchik) for the support, it is thanks to her, I decided to move the prescription from the diaries to the main page.

Cooking
Bread (can be loaf, I home-made bread) cut into slices thickness approximately 1 see each piece on one side to dip in milk (or water), spread on cookie sheet (greasing is not necessary).
Every piece of lubricated ketchup (you can take any other of your favorite tomato sauce, my mom just smeared tomato juice)
Boiled chicken mince. You can take any other meat, my husband, for example, do not eat goose or duck, but in these sandwiches eats a sweet soul, but in this case I grind raw meat for stuffing, and then fried until cooked.
Clean the onion, finely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the onion to the mince, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. You can not fry the onions separately and fry it together with meat. Once mixed, you can add 1 tbsp of sour cream and again stir (this is to ensure that the mass became more bonded, if you don't add the sour cream, the minced meat will be a little scattered, and it may be harder to spread on bread)
On each slice of bread spread the stuffing and level. Send the sandwiches in a preheated 170 degree oven until the bread are brown.
While the sandwiches bake, boil eggs; then the eggs cut into lengthwise slices with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. pickled Cucumbers cut into lengthwise strips with a thickness of about 0.3 cm.
The finished sandwiches put 2 strips of cucumber and 2-3 slices of egg. Optionally, the sandwiches, spread mayonnaise, and then spread eggs and cucumbers. These sandwiches are good both hot and cold. Bon appetit.
