Form or baking tray lay a foil, the fish and season with salt and lay out on foil ( pre-lubricated bottom, you can stretch. oil) Preheat oven 180%
Bake the fish on each side for 4 minutes.
To prepare the sauce: melt the butter, add grated on a medium grater onion, grated cheese (can be any grated), mayonnaise, lemon juice and Basil. Mix well
Cover with sauce fish. and send it back in the oven until Golden brown.
Crust color adjust at will
The fish is ready. Serve with your favourite side dish.
