Stew Tyrol
Very tasty, hearty and vibrant dish!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Green onions

    25 g

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. Then let cool, peel and cut into large slices. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Pepper cut into strips (I used frozen peppers). Meat wash, dry and cut into slices.

In a pan melt a knob of butter. Separately fry in oil potatoes, onions...

Then connect all the components of potatoes, onions, peppers and meat in a large skillet. Add the peas, cream and simmer on low heat under cover for 10 minutes. Green onions wash, dry and cut into rings. Sprinkle the finished stew and serve.
