When last century there was a dessert "bird's milk", its recipe has long been a secret, but our host was eager to expose him, and experimented as best I could. Here is one of the results of these experiments. And IT is really similar to those first cakes, without thickeners and preservatives. Dessert can be poured into ice cream dish, ramekins, but you can on the cake as we now do. Just want to warn the most ardent opponents of semolina! Even those who hated semolina from birth, never guessed its presence in this dessert. Do check it out.

Cooking
Don't be alarmed, but we cook porridge! I took the semolina from TM MISTRAL.
Boil milk, add sugar, stir until dissolved, remove from heat. After 2-3 minutes, pour a thin stream of semolina, stir vigorously. Making sure that no lumps put on a high heat, once it boils, turn down to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the heat. Be sure to cover.
Until cooked porridge, grate the zest from one lemon, it squeeze the juice. Zest from Ms. add in the cereal, stir, cover with a lid and cooled in a natural way.
Chilled porridge pour in the lemon juice, mix thoroughly. Add softened butter, beat with a mixer at medium speed.
