Yogurt from warm milk
In a lot of different recipes for yogurt. Cooked, was indeed delicious. I'm a fan of warm milk, so I decided to make yoghurt out of it. It turned out sooo delicious!

Ingredients

  • Milk ghee

    1 l

  • Yogurt

    125 g

The yogurt I took with cereals and baked milk Buttermilk (you can make yourself).

Mix milk and yogurt. I added a little more sugar. Pour in jars. Caps I had, so I wrapped the top with cling film. At the bottom lay a towel. Pour into the bowl multivarki warm water until the milk level in the jars. Select program Control, set the temperature 40 degrees and cooking time of 8 hours.

After 8 hours take out the yogurt and put into the fridge for 3-4 hours. Ready!!!
