They say a real woman nothing can do 3 things: a hat, a scandal and a salad... I don't know about the hat and scandal (I hope that last is not peculiar to me), and the salads I sooo love!!! And that's the result of another experiment – brightness, soft, light, delicious... :-)

Cooking
Ham, carrots, cucumber, celery and potatoes cut into small cubes, add pickled, roughly chopped onion, tear the lettuce (don't make it too small, let the salad will be lighter and softer). Salad leaves lay on a dish, lay in the center of the salad and sprinkle it with egg yolk, grated on a fine grater. Do not judge strictly, guests liked it... :-[ :-)
