Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Peanuts

    1 handful

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Peanuts fry in a hot pan without oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove skin, split into halves.

Onion cut into half rings.

Salad to break up small pieces.

Tomato cut into cubes.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Shrimp pour boiling water, to clean.

Mix all ingredients, season with soy sauce.
