Brussels sprouts, baked under cheese crust
I suggest to try a very tasty dish. This Brussels sprouts under a creamy butter sauce, baked under a cheese crust. The cabbage turns soft, creamy, looks great under a little brown crust. Recommend.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt
