We all respect the fish..! And love to cook..! A lot of fish know..! Loyal to them and always will..! Fish loves us..! So indulge sometimes..! Each time a surprise..!, adds and recipes..! We no fish nowhere..! Very soft food..! The pancake recipe is not new..! It all hostess ' friend..! Decided to refresh the memory..!, and tasty ones to feed..!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Fish cut into strips ( maximum length of 4 cm, thickness 0.5 cm ). onions to chop half rings or strips.

The fish and onion mix, add starch, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, again mix well. And give infusions. ( 35 minutes)

Heat the oil in a frying pan, and fry the pancakes on both sides until brown. ( if the number of fish will be smaller, they are thinner, if the fish put just a little more, you get burgers)

Preheat the oven, place muffins on a baking tray ( if necessary, lay a paper), add about 5 cups of water. and send for 5-6 minutes until completely cooked through. ( temperature to 180%)
