Description
This is the revised recipe for "Chinese fried dumplings." I really liked the filling, I have turned it into burgers. I never ate anything like that. Maybe eating there is not, but the combination of ginger, green onion, garlic, dill and sunflower oil give this an incredible taste and smell that I decided to publish it as a separate recipe. The use of Chinese cabbage due to its rapid thermal processing, no peculiar smell and ability to disappear during cooking.

My head was dry leaves inside. I had to disassemble on the leaves and slice everything separately.
Chinese cabbage can't be cut through. The stalk is thrown.
Don't worry about cabbage a lot. It should be a little salt and shake well.
And leave in a colander to drain excess juice.
We cut the onions. That's enough.
It is not necessary to granulate: green onions can turn into a mess.
Mercilessly, severing the stems from the dill.
Crush and finely chop garlic.
Cabbage gave juice. We won't use.
Add the cabbage to the other ingredients.
Add the soy sauce and oil.
Minced tender, non-sticky, non-liquid, patties are formed easily.
I have not got 4 patties. Then I had to finish roasting. Note: before frying a new batch of burgers, be sure to wash the pan. Soy sauce does not like overheating as it will burn.
